Care Guidelines: Clean your wok by rinsing it with warm water and gently removing any stuck-on food using a non-metallic brush or a nylon scrubbing pad. After rinsing, dry the wok completely, and then use a paper towel to spread a thin coat of oil over the entire surface of the wok. Ensure there is a smooth finish with no excess oil remaining. Heat the oiled wok on a burner set to high. When you see the oil starting to smoke lightly, turn off the heat and let the wok cool down.
